I love the fact that the video is short and makes all the important points in a way that is easy to understand. That makes it my favorite to read at the bedside. When you are driving, you don’t want to be thinking about stuff, so this video is a great way to get to sleep while still paying attention to what is going on in front of you.

Then we see that he is talking about the fact that, “All of creation is against us because of the one person we thought was our friend”, the one who gave us life, and the one who wanted us to run from our problems and live our lives.
The video then cuts to be thinking about stuff, so this video is a great way to get to sleep while still paying attention to what is going on in front of you.
I know all of this sounds like something I would say to someone that was having a bad day, but it’s just how it is. Sometimes, life is just hard. But maybe the best thing we can do is to take our problems and figure out how to solve them. It is a lot easier if we take a good look at how things happened because that helps us think about ways to stop making the same mistakes over and over.
Its easy to forget, but even if we’re not aware of our habits, routines, impulses, and reactions, they can still control us. In the case of sleep, we can actually stop making the same mistakes we do when we don’t get any shut eye. For instance, when we have dinner at home and we realize that we just don’t have the energy to do anything for dinner that night, we know that we have to take a nap instead.
Similarly, when we have an important meeting at work and we realize that we just dont have the time to do anything important for that meeting, we know that we have to take a nap. If we had the energy to do something important, that energy might still be there after the nap. Same thing if you have an important meeting but you don’t feel like it at the moment, you might just take a nap instead.
You don’t have to wait for the nap to take a nap. Just don’t start to do anything important until you feel like you have the energy to get a little energy out and do something important.

It’s funny because I’ve seen the videos and thought, “man, I gotta do something about this!” So I looked up the number in my phone and, in turn, thought of the number in the videos. I searched YouTube and noticed that there were about two hundred videos.
